Tempcore Technology
Our TMT bars are manufactured using the globally acclaimed Tempcore Process, licensed from Centre de Recherche Métallurgiques (CRM), Belgium — the original inventors of this advanced thermal mechanical treatment.
Unlike conventional cold-twisted methods, the Tempcore process imparts exceptional tensile strength, ductility, and flexibility to the bars, making them ideal for high-load structures and seismic zones. Each bar features machine-rolled ribs for uniformity and optimal bonding with concrete, ensuring maximum structural integrity.
Universal Testing Machine (100 MT & 120 MT Capacity)
Our laboratory features fully computerized Universal Testing Machines based on proven German technology, with zero human interference. These machines test 34+ mechanical parameters within 60 seconds, enabling rapid and accurate quality verification of every batch produced.
Spectrometer
We employ a high-precision spectrometer to conduct instant chemical composition analysis of both raw materials and finished goods. This ensures every product strictly adheres to chemical standards and remains within specified tolerances.
Zero Tension Rolling Looping System
This advanced rolling system eliminates stress during the rolling process, producing bars with uniform strength and dimensional consistency. Operating at a 5 kg capacity, it plays a key role in optimizing output quality during high-speed production.
Laboratory Furnace
Our lab-scale furnace simulates real production conditions, allowing us to perform comprehensive testing under actual heat and load scenarios. This step enhances predictability, consistency, and long-term reliability of our steel products.
