The group intends to further invest for its backward and forward integration so as to consolidate its core business activity and insulate it from market volatility. The group has successfully executed three steel plants.

JRM has a high-end infrastructure with fully modern and automated plant that ensures the output of highest quality TMT Re-bars and Mild Steel Billets. The company has a highly skilled team of employees. Fully automated Computer controlled system from the start till end. Straight and continuous mill with world class cooling bed, and equipped with electromagnetic arrays. JRM has a rolling mill plant with a production capacity of 1,00,000M.T. Per annum and a furnace of capacity 90,000M.T.Per annum . Each of the manufacturing / processing centres of JRM conforms to total commitment in controlling the degradation of the environment by maintaining green- belt and open space around the manufacturing/ processing complexes.

The strategic direction of the business is the responsibility of the Group Management Board. The Group Management Board is headed by Mr. R. Narayan Singh as the Chief Executive.
